Regarding the required order section of the contact information, If you look at the 'Cards and Labels' page, on the right is a section with a numbered list of different types of greeting cards. If you would like to order any particular number(s) You put that in the 'Order No.' section of the contact page and if you would like a particular design off that 'Cards and Labels' page then you can write that in the 'Message' section of the contact page.
